Welcome to Restaurant Institute!

Restaurant Institute was established in 2012 as an education provider dedicated to restaurant and foodservice operators.  Our mission is to assist those operators in becoming a more methodical and disciplined organization with the goal to increase profits and cash.  Since our start as a book publisher, we have grown also provide a quarterly publication entitled [ FB&L ] Food, Beverage, & Labor Cost Control Quarterly, a professional speakers bureau, and an annual conference.  Our plans are to add additional training programs and a certification exam to continue to increase our mission’s benefit.
