Training Manuals

As part of the overall training program, the documentation around the complete restaurant operation is critical. For those restaurant operators who currently have retention issues, a training program combined with a detailed training manual is required. Restaurant Institute provides not only customized training program, but also creates the training manuals needed to support the operation. The manual should have sections that include both the front-of-the-house (FOH) and back-of-the-house (BOH) expectations, food and beverage knowledge, policies and procedures, use of systems, and so much more. When you combine both the training services and the manual, the impact can be great. Each client manual that we have done is custom and can be very different from company to company.
